Every Cyrc manufactured item is warranted to be free from defects in materials, craftsmanship, and manufacturing when delivered to your home or picked up by the customer. Everything we make is covered by a one-year warranty, and backed by our Refund Policy and our Recycle offer. We will replace, repair, or refund any products that arrive defective. Each situation will be assessed individually to arrive at a fair resolution. Our warranty is limited to the original owner.

Please note: The 3D printing process creates a varied, striated texture. Small textural deviations are normal. The exact colour combinations are unique in every creation, and the texture may include variations in appearance.
Defective & Damaged Products
If your product has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during transit, Cyrc will refund or replace your product at no additional charge to you. We will refund you for the price, applicable taxes, and the original shipping charges for your item.
If you have a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will help remedy your situation as fast as possible.
Shipping & Delivery
Our products are made-to-order. It’s one of the ways we prioritize sustainability over profit. Once we have your order, we typically have it ready to ship within 1-2 weeks, depending on the product. Some are more complicated than others. Estimated lead times are listed on each product page. If we foresee a delay in manufacturing for your order we contact you immediately.
Large furniture and home décor items are personally scheduled and delivered to your residence by our delivery team if the destination is within our delivery zone. For shipments outside of our delivery zone, you will receive a shipping estimate after placing your order online.
Cyrc ships, "Signature Required" on items priced over $100 CAD for security purposes, please make sure someone is available to receive and sign for your package. If the shipment is returned to Cyrc due to inability to deliver or refusal of the package, we will refund you the amount minus any shipping fees Cyrc has incurred. UPS/FedEx/DHL do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
If your item is over $100 CAD, you may request package with "no signature" requirement, simply let us know on the "Order Notes box" section before checkout if that is your preference, however; Cyrc is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages when this option is requested. We are not able to change signature requirements once the package has left our premises.
Any taxes or duties associated with the shipment are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Cancelling Your Order
Changed your mind? No problem. It happens. In this case, we ask that you cancel it immediately. We make products to order and begin production soon after you complete your order.
On most of our standard items, we happily accept cancellations when received prior to shipping. Orders that are cancelled after shipping will be processed as a normal return.
For special order and customized products that are designed and made just for you, we do not accept cancellations in most cases. If you would like to cancel a custom order, we ask that you immediately contact us. In timely cases, before production has commenced, we can accept cancellations and process a return or credit for you.
We want you to be happy with your purchase and understand it may take a few days to get a feel for your new item. When returned in its original condition within 14 days of receiving your order, we will refund you the full amount of your returned item, including applicable taxes. We do not refund the shipping costs from your original order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will provide you with a return shipping label during the return process so you may take advantage of our shipping discounts. You can elect to make shipping arrangements yourself, but we recommend obtaining a tracking number as we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
After the 14-day window, items can be returned for free for recycling.
Because we want to eliminate waste, you must use the original packaging when you return your item. In some cases, we can send you new packaging at a cost to you, or you can choose to repackage the item yourself, but items returned damaged due to insufficient packaging may be refused or result in an adjustment to your refund.
As you know, roughly 90% of plastic is not recycled, including items you put into your recycling bin. Nearly 0% of furniture is recycled. All of our products are recyclable, but we don’t want to risk those materials going into landfills or worse. Every product we make is backed by our Recycling offer. All registered products can be returned to use for free so that we can ensure the materials are reused, recycled, or otherwise handled in a transparent and responsible way.
